IBERIAN RED STAG HUNTING

WE RUN AREAS FOR IBERIAN RED STAG HUNTING IN SOUTHERN SPAIN

Iberian red stag hunt method is by stalking in private estates. Its hunt during the rut (mid-September to early October) is an unforgettable experience. This spectacle of nature owes its name to the bellows that males make to attract females and deter other rival males during the mating season. It takes place in Mediterranean forests of oaks called 'Dehesas'.

Dehesa is an agrosilvopastoral system formed from the clearing of evergreen woodlands where trees, native grasses, crops, and livestock interact positively under management.
